At BYKR Tech Private Limited, we work to provide a straightforward shopping experience. Please review these shipping, cancellation, return, and refund terms before placing an order.

1.Shipping

Orders ship from our warehouse in India. You will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.

Within India

  • Orders typically ship within 24 hours and no later than 3 business days.
  • Metro-city delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
  • Major-city delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
  • Other locations may take up to 5 business days.
  • Unless stated otherwise, delivery will occur within 14 business days of shipment.

Outside India

Shipping estimates exclude weekends, public holidays, weather disruption, logistics issues, and other delays outside our control.

  • Orders ship within 3 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days and may take up to 14 business days.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and destination-country fees are the customer's responsibility.

2.Cancellation

Include your order details in every cancellation request.

  • Before shipment: email store@bykr.co as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After shipment: shipping, handling, and return-logistics charges may apply. A refund is processed only after the item reaches our warehouse in its original condition.
  • Cancellation is not guaranteed after shipment, and we may decline a request based on the order status.

3.Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
  • Items damaged through misuse and perishable or customised products are not returnable unless defective.

Start a return

  • Email store@bykr.co within 7 days of delivery.
  • If approved, we will provide a return label and shipping instructions.
  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order on delivery. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact store@bykr.co immediately with photographs and details. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

Return the original item using the process above. After the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges depend on product availability.

4.Refunds

For questions about shipping, returns, or refunds, email store@bykr.co.

  • We will notify you after receiving and inspecting a returned item.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time.
  • Contact store@bykr.co if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
  • Partial refunds may apply where cancellation, shipping, or restocking charges are deducted.
