Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive. You may terminate these terms by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the services or by ceasing use of the site.

If we believe you have failed to comply with these terms, we may terminate the agreement without notice. You remain liable for amounts due through the termination date, and we may deny access to all or part of the services.

A failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with policies and operating rules posted on the site, form the entire agreement governing your use and replace prior agreements or communications. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.
